Failure analysis technology refers to the diagnosis, prediction and prevention technology of mechanical product failure accidents. It is a technical activity and management activity that studies the mode, cause and mechanism of product failure, and takes preventive measures to prevent the recurrence of similar accidents. As early as 2006, Zhejiang Meili Technology Co., Ltd. began to carry out research on failure diagnosis, prediction and prevention technology, and trained a number of failure analysis professionals to provide strong support for new product research and development and scientific and technological innovation activities.

From May 12 to 14, 2012, the "Spring fatigue, fracture analysis training and exchange meeting" organized by the National spring Standard Committee and Spring Society was held in Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province. "Suspension Spring Early Fatigue Failure" lectured by researcher Wang Renzhi and "Spring Stress Corrosion Fracture Analysis Case Analysis" lectured by senior engineer Tu Shirun of the company were unanimously praised by the experts and personnel attending the meeting.

Professor TU Shirun was APPOINTED AS A FAILURE ANALYSIS EXPERT OF FAILURE ANALYSIS BRANCH OF China Mechanical Engineering SOCIETY in 1997, and has high visibility and authority in the field of failure analysis in our country.
